AITO app Car Purchase Tutorial

1. Log in to the AITO app and click on [Smart Choice] at the bottom of the home page.

2. On the [Smart Choice] page, check the new car release information. You can click on [Product Details] to view the detailed introduction of the vehicle. If you are interested in a particular model, click on [Order Now].

3. After clicking on [Order Now], you will be redirected to the Huawei Mall car reservation page. You can select the details of the car, and after selection, you can proceed with the purchase directly.

1. How do I view my car purchase order?

Currently, the AITO App has synchronized your car purchase orders from the Huawei Mall. You can view your order information through [AITO App - My - My Orders - Car Purchase Orders].

2. How do I schedule a test drive?

You can select the car model you want to test drive in [AITO App - Smart Choice] and click on the [Schedule Test Drive] button to enter the reservation page. After selecting the test drive model and store, fill in your name and contact information, and click on the [Schedule Test Drive] button below to complete the reservation. A dedicated person will contact you for the test drive later.

3. How do I bind my car?

(1) In the app, go to [My - My Vehicles] and click on the [Add Vehicle] button, then select or enter the reserved mobile phone number for the car purchase.

(2) Verify the mobile phone number with the verification code.

(3) After verification, query the vehicles that can be bound under the mobile phone number.

(4) After selecting the vehicle to be bound, the app will automatically bind the selected vehicle.

4. Why does it show that the vehicle is offline?

Dear customer, if the phone is in a signal blind area or the vehicle is in a parking lot with poor signal, it may cause the app command to be sent for too long, fail, or prompt "Vehicle Offline". It is recommended that you keep the phone and vehicle in a good signal environment. If there is no signal in the parking lot, it is recommended that you can feedback to the local operator to see if they can strengthen the coverage. If the problem still cannot be resolved, please contact AITO customer service for assistance.
